Call Center Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Call center Representative who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and solutions-focused. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with customers, resolve their concerns, and ensure a professional and positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in priority order as directed by management.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Assess customer’s ability and willingness to pay while maintaining company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Uphold a courteous, professional tone during all communications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
