<ul><li>Valkyrie Enterprises has a need for <b>Electronic Security Maintenance and Repair Technicians </b>to provide advanced technical support for electronic security system engineering programs including system installation, integration, and testing support.</li>
</ul><div><b>Job Description:</b></div>
<ul><li>Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex electronic problems. Performs sophisticated maintenance, repair, installation, and operational testing of electronic equipment and systems.</li>
<li>Typical duties include:
<ul><li>Advanced troubleshooting and repair,</li>
<li>Diagnose and correct complex equipment and system malfunctions,</li>
<li>Perform component-level troubleshooting using schematics and engineering drawings,</li>
<li>Analyze signal flow and system interactions across subsystems,</li>
<li>Repair, modify, align, and calibrate electronic systems,</li>
<li>Install and integrate multi-component electronic systems,</li>
<li>Configure controllers, servers, networked devices, and field equipment,</li>
<li>Interface systems with IT infrastructure and enterprise environments,</li>
<li>Validate interoperability between subsystems,</li>
<li>Lead small teams of technicians,</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training,</li>
<li>Review work for technical accuracy and compliance,</li>
<li>Support engineers during system upgrades or modifications,</li>
<li>Lead field technician for electronic security systems installation and repair,</li>
<li>Troubleshooting electronic systems to component or module level,</li>
<li>Installing and configuring electronic equipment,</li>
<li>Performing corrective and preventive maintenance,</li>
<li>System alignment, calibration, and testing,</li>
<li>Interpreting schematics and technical documentation,</li>
<li>Diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools,</li>
<li>Supporting system acceptance testing and inspections,</li>
<li>Documenting maintenance and repair actions,</li>
<li>Intrusion detection system repair,</li>
<li>Controller and field device configuration,</li>
<li>Cable testing and signal verification.</li>
</ul></li></ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience.</li>
<li>Must have a Lenel OnGuard Certification</li>
<li>Must have at least 3 years of relevant electronics experience as a technician with installation and/or maintenance of electronics/electrical systems such as:
<ul><li>Intrusion Detection Systems</li>
<li>Access Control Systems</li>
<li>Closed Circuit Television</li>
<li>Intercom Systems</li>
<li>IP Network Infrastructure</li>
<li>Conduit Installation</li>
<li>Low Voltage Electrical Systems</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to troubleshoot independently without step-by-step supervision</li>
<li>Must be able to use basic hand tools and test equipment.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and be detailed orientated.</li>
<li>Must have strong verbal communication skills and be self-motivated.</li>
</ul><div><b>Desired Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program preferred.</li>
<li>Formal electronics training, to include: Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors preferred.</li>
<li>Able to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, be detailed orientated, and self-motivated preferred.</li>
<li>Manufacturer&rsquo;s certification or technical training is highly desirable (Lenel, Security+. CISSP) preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and practices such as grounding and electrical safety preferred..</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Acrobat preferred.</li>
<li>OSHA 10- or 30-hour Safety Certification preferred.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of TCP/IP Network Systems and Topology preferred.</li>
<li>Current Passport preferred.</li>

   Perform corrosion control and preservation on Naval Vessels in tanks, compartments and hulls utilizing specialized coating applications.
  </li>

   Prepare all types of surfaces for preservation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete work within the requirements of NAVSEA Standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Remove old paint and debris from all types of substrates by scraping, chipping, and sanding.
  </li>
  <li>
   Apply coatings in accordance with specifications and good marine practice.
  </li>
  <li>
   Brush and Roll painting to pass all inspection processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform Confined Space Attendant duties to include establishing a communication system with entrants, know potential hazards faced during entry, watch for behavioral effects such as heat exhaustion or disorientation, keep an accurate count and list of names of personnel working in the space.
  </li>

   Must be able to work under general supervision and perform standard work that is dependent on the corrosion control, and confined space duties.

   Ability to work from drawings, technical manuals and receive instructions on semi-routine and difficult assignments.

</ul><div><b>Job Description:</b></div>
<ul><li>Prepare and review complex monthly invoices according to company guidelines utilizing financial reports to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines for federal government contract types of Cost Type, Time &amp; Material (T&amp;M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with CLIN/SLIN/ACRN structure.</li>
<li>Interact with customers gathering support data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through specific billing discrepancies.</li>
<li>Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and responsibilities while continuously meeting critical deadlines.</li>
