We offer a professional yet comfortable environment with flexible scheduling to help you maintain a great work-life balance.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Be the Face (and Voice) of the Company: Answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist callers or visitors.</li><li>Financial Upkeep: Handle daily accounting tasks&mdash;QuickBooks and MS Office proficiency is a must.</li><li>Office Flow: Manage filing, correspondence, payroll and general administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.</li><li>Work Independently: Take ownership of your desk and manage your daily tasks with minimal supervision.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience with QuickBooks and MS Office.</li><li>A &quot;people person&quot; who provides excellent customer service.</li><li>A self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work 20&ndash;30 hours weekly (we can be flexible on the specific daily schedule).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of prior work experience</li><li>High School Diploma</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
