Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled acute and clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care settings, demonstrating expertise in patient assessment, critical care, and various medical procedures. This role requires a compassionate individual who is motivated and committed to providing high-quality care to patients across diverse populations, including seniors.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, record patient histories, and diagnose acute and chronic health conditions.</li><li>Manage patient care through rounding and clinical visits.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans and prescribe medications.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR)</li><li>Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Nursing with a focus in cardiology, acute care or equivalent experience.</li><li>Current Nurse Practitioner licensure.</li><li>Experience in critical care settings such as ICU or Level I/II trauma centers is required.</li><li>5 years or more experience</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems for medical documentation and patient management.</li><li>Must have the ability to see 17-30 patients per day.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $225,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
