This is a Maintenance position. The hours are 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. The successful candidate must possess prior experience in the area of facility maintenance including repairs and installation and general maintenance protocols. The successful candidate should be a team player and be willing to take direction and initiative in accomplishing daily routines and projects. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Facilities.Additional responsibilities include:<ul><li>Performs various tasks required for the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Tasks can include but are not limited to: painting, plumbing, doors &amp; hardware, electrical, general repairs, construction, moving of furniture and equipment, snow plowing, landscaping and other maintenance-related work.</li><li>Must have a thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as climb and work on ladders and scaffolds.</li><li>Contractual Salary &amp; Benefits.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $59,500.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
