Evening Maintainer

This is a Maintenance position. The hours are 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. The successful candidate must possess prior experience in the area of facility maintenance including repairs and installation and general maintenance protocols. The successful candidate should be a team player and be willing to take direction and initiative in accomplishing daily routines and projects. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Facilities.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Performs various tasks required for the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Tasks can include but are not limited to: painting, plumbing, doors & hardware, electrical, general repairs, construction, moving of furniture and equipment, snow plowing, landscaping and other maintenance-related work.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as climb and work on ladders and scaffolds.
