 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management through removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that the Product Owner has clarity on arranging the product backlog to yield maximized value
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts and ensure that the development team is working effectively through conducting regular reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in planning Scrum implementations within the organization and facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood through helping employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain while acting as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; report the project progress in addition to resolving project conflicts for a smooth operating environment and avoid delays in the project timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper issue resolution actions are taken, and relevant escalations are being done whenever required
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in facilitating Scrum events and effectively managing stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to team collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus

 The
 
 Project Manager
 
 is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects at Valleysoft. This role requires an individual who can manage project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. The Project Manager will employ best practices in project management to deliver quality results and meet client expectations.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle assigned strategic / complex projects from planning phase to closure phase in order ensure the successful completion of each phase in terms of quality, cost, time and scope
 </li>
 <li>
 Define resources, deliverables, goals, and milestones to ensure the accurate IT resources capacity planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow Project management / BRM process for project initiation, and participate effectively in the project charter creation with the BRM team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply set strategies for risks' mitigation and create project risk management plans to ensure having budget that cover the agreed upon risks responses
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and oversee the project's team and resolve project conflicts to ensure a smooth operating environment and avoid delays in the project timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and share efficiently in resolving the project technical issues to achieve the project goals within the agreed upon budget and timeline and up to defined quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper issue resolution actions are taken, and relevant escalations are being done wheneve required
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the status reports in order to be submitted to stakeholders &amp; ensure the Senior Management awareness of the project progress and recommend solutions for the Managements' checking and approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep track and file the technical and administrative project documentation for the accurate tracking of the project and build the organizations' knowledge base through the Projects' lessons learnt
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the project goals are aligned with overall organization objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the relationships with external parties (i.e. Vendors) to ensure healthy relationship between vendors and internal stakeholders is maintained
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure project governance methodology is properly applied across the project as defined by the PMO
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Post implementation reviews for selected projects based on SOPs and analyses the findings and provide recommendations to program manager
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 
 
 </li>

 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
