 Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Officer / Legal Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing legal risks.
 
 
 The successful candidate will have a background in corporate law, contracts, and compliance, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and manage all legal documents submitted to or received from government authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and follow up on legal cases related to the company
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, and government offices
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft legal letters, notices, agreements, and reports as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and discussions with government bodies and legal parties
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, and correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal advice and support to management when needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Master's degree or legal certification is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of government procedures, legal documentation, and case handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Good organizational and documentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional attitude and high level of confidentiality

 1-3 years of experience as a WebMethods Developer with hands-on experience in webMethods Integration Server, Designer, Broker, and ESB components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts, integration patterns, API management, and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with API Gateway / API Management tools (such as webMethods API Gateway) including API design, security, throttling, and monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with web services (SOAP / REST) and XML / JSON data formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in implementing and integrating enterprise services using the webMethods ESB and API suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in webMethods environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server and proficiency in SQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of messaging systems like JMS or IBM MQ.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
