 Job Summary
 
 
 
 
 The PTM Lead (SAP PP) will be responsible for leading the Production-to-Manufacture (PTM) workstream for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt, with a focus on Production Planning (PP) processes. This role requires a hands-on functional lead with strong SAP PP expertise and a solid understanding of manufacturing planning, production execution, material staging, and shop floor process integration.
 
 
 The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the central program team to ensure alignment with the global SAP template while supporting local manufacturing requirements, solution validation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the PTM / PP workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate the global template against local production planning and manufacturing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or operational requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, solution validation, and functional reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive PP activities across testing, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercare
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure readiness across key areas including production planning, production orders, MRP, material staging, and manufacturing execution support
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with MM, Warehouse, Logistics, Data, Reporting, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business readiness, training, and user adoption for production and manufacturing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Track risks, issues, and dependencies within the PP workstream and escalate where required
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates on progress, key decisions, risks, and business impacts

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP PP and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP PP/PTM workstreams or functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out project
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred

 Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, material staging, and shop floor process flows

 Experience with SAP configuration, testing, defect analysis, and production support
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional teams
 </li>

 Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions
 </li>

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

 Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment

 Create logical and physical data flow models and mapping designs for ETL processes

 Strong SQL skills (performance tuning, index management) and solid understanding of database structures

 Strong understanding of data modeling concepts

 Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL storage, and Big Data technologies (Hive, Impala, YARN, Kafka, etc.)

 Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter development (mappings, sessions, workflows)

 Experience with Informatica Developer
 </li>

 Experience with Informatica B2B is a plus
