Package Consultant-SAP HR Comp & Payroll

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR Compensation & Payroll to join our progressive team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions related to compensation management and payroll processing. Your work will ensure that our clients can effectively manage their payroll processes while maintaining compliance and minimizing errors.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their compensation and payroll needs and challenges
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP HR solutions for compensation management and payroll processing
  • Optimize payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough system testing, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to HR and payroll teams
  • Create and deliver training programs and documentation to facilitate user adoption and understanding
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR modules related to compensation and payroll
  • Stay current on legislative changes and SAP updates affecting payroll and compensation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant specializing in SAP HR, focusing on Compensation and Payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compensation structures, and SAP HR functionalities
  • Experience implementing and supporting SAP HR Payroll solutions in various organizational contexts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams
  • SAP certification in Human Resources or Payroll is a plus

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HR Compensation & Payroll tools and integration with other SAP modules
  • Ability to streamline payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Competent in conducting training sessions and producing user-friendly documentation
