This is a Full-Time, fully Remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while providing essential administrative support to our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities. Salary: $25 - $35 USD per hour Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your key duties will include: • Managing complex diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings across different time zones. • Handling and prioritising email correspondence, responding on behalf of team members where appropriate. • Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other business-critical documents to a high standard. • Conducting online research to gather information and data for various projects. • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and creating detailed itineraries. • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organised digital filing systems and databases. • Offering general administrative support to senior management and the wider team as required. • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: • Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role. • Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with online collaboration and communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. • A dedicated and quiet home office environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
