The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving both company and personal goals.Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years as a Restaurant Manager</li><li>Age: Up to 35 years</li><li>Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both required)</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong team management and leadership abilities</li><li>Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards</li><li>Ability to handle budgets, stock, and staff scheduling efficiently</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise staff members</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets effectively</li><li>Create and manage staff duty rosters</li><li>Plan and update restaurant menus</li><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene, licensing, and health &amp; safety standards</li><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front of House &amp; Back of House)</li><li>Maintain high service quality and maximize customer satisfaction</li><li>Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly</li><li>Monitor product quality and coordinate with suppliers and vendors</li><li>Manage stock levels, inventory, and purchasing of supplies</li><li>Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement</li><li>Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety regulations</li><li>Develop strategies to enhance the restaurant&rsquo;s image and profitability</li><li>Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense reports</li><li>Promote the brand locally through events and marketing initiatives</li><li>Suggest ways to reach a broader audience through offers and social media promotions</li><li>Train new and existing employees on best service practices</li><li>Implement and enforce company policies and operational protocols</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Restaurant Manager: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi &amp; English (Required)</li></ul>
