Job Summary:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and well-presentable Restaurant Manager with experience in managing restaurant or hotel operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on operational knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations (Front & Back of House)
• Prepare and manage staff schedules
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu planning and updates
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Evaluate staff performance and provide training
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in local marketing, promotions, and events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Age up to 35 years
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Currently in Dubai or available for immediate joining
