If you're driven, experienced in truck driving, and eager to maximize your earning potential, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate your own tractor- vehicle safely across designated routes, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations.</li><li>Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.</li><li>Transport a variety of cargo including all kinds of goods, flatbed loads, or other freight types with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with maintenance standards.</li><li>Manage route driving effectively to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel efficiency and route planning.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations.</li><li>Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on freight transportation; delivery driver experience is highly valued.</li><li>Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks and various trailer types such as Dry Van trailers, flatbeds.</li><li>Familiarity with load &amp; unload procedures when handling different cargo types.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive tractor-trailers safely over long distances while maintaining excellent driving records.</li><li>Knowledge of route planning strategies to ensure timely deliveries across diverse terrains and conditions.</li><li>Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the types of freight transported (e.g., refrigerated or tanker).</li><li>Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks independently.
