Job Opening: Legal Advisor / ConsultantWe are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Legal Advisor/Consultant to join our company. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to the management, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and safeguard the company&rsquo;s legal and commercial interests.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide strategic legal advice on company policies, contracts, agreements, and business decisions.</li><li>Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, NDAs, lease agreements, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under applicable laws.</li><li>Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations as required.</li><li>Advise management on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Handle disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external counsels.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all legal matters and contracts for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Support HR in handling employment law-related issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company and update management proactively.</li></ul>Key Result Areas (KRA)<ul><li>Compliance: Ensure 100% statutory and regulatory compliance across the organization.</li><li>Contracts Management: Timely review and closure of all contracts/agreements with zero legal loopholes.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Identify and reduce potential legal risks to safeguard the company&rsquo;s interests.</li><li>Litigation Management: Effective handling and resolution of disputes/litigation within defined timelines.</li><li>Advisory Efficiency: Provide timely legal opinions and recommendations to support business decisions.</li><li>Cost Efficiency: Optimize use of external legal resources and reduce unnecessary legal expenses.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputed institution.</li><li>5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate/commercial law.</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory laws.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and act as a trusted advisor to the management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;75,000.00 - &#8377;150,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal Advisor: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
