Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure all warehouse activities are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory records and manage stock control systems.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
Assign tasks and monitor productivity and performance of warehouse personnel.
Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet production and customer demand. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. o Coordinate with the purchasing and sales teams to manage stock replenishment and product availability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Implement and maintain warehouse safety programs, ensuring the use of protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
Investigate and resolve safety incidents or breaches, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Develop and manage efficient warehouse layouts to optimize space and improve flow of goods.
Maintain relationships with transport and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations. o Manage warehouse budget and control costs related to labor, equipment, and supplies.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within warehouse operations.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and service levels.
Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software applications. Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in warehouse environments. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,983.90 - ₹90,545.16 per month
