This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to both clinical and office staff.Schedule:&middot; Full-Time or Part-Time&middot; Hours Available: Monday &ndash; Friday&middot; Enjoy weekends and all major holidays offKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Check patients in and out using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments</li><li>Manage calendars for clinical staff and coordinate scheduling changes as needed</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and helpful manner</li><li>Verify insurance coverage and eligibility</li><li>Collect co-pays and other payments at the time of service</li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient office operations and patient flow</li><li>Provide general administrative support and complete clerical tasks as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Prior office or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Professional, punctual, and dependable</li><li>Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable using computers and technology in an office environment</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsHourly Rate: Starting at $15.84/hour, with additional compensation based on relevant experience.&middot; Union Benefits Package includes:&middot; Fully paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance&middot; Prescription &amp; Life Insurance Coverage&middot; Flexible Spending Account (FSA)&middot; 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Eligibility&middot; Generous Paid Time Off (8.4 weeks for F/T; prorated for P/T)&middot; Early dismissal at 3 PM on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, with the Friday after Thanksgiving off.Apply TodayJoin a team dedicated to compassionate care and community-based recovery.
