Experience2-5 years in label/packaging design (FMCG, skincare, cosmetics, pharma preferred)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Label Designer who can lead the design and execution of product labels from concept to print. The ideal candidate understands both creative aesthetics and regulatory precision, ensuring labels are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and compliant across markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign primary &amp; secondary product labels (bottles, jars, tubes, cartons)Translate brand guidelines into impactful, shelf-ready label designsEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal &amp; mandatory declarations (ingredients, claims, symbols, barcodes, etc.)Collaborate with marketing, R&amp;D, regulatory, and production teamsPrepare print-ready artworks with correct dielines, color modes, and finishesCoordinate with printers &amp; packaging vendors for sampling, proofs, and approvalsMaintain version control and manage label updates across SKUsMentor junior designers and review their label artworksStay updated with packaging trends, materials &amp; print techniquesRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsStrong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignIn-depth knowledge of label printing processes (offset, flexo, digital)Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color &amp; hierarchyExperience handling multi-SKU product rangesAttention to detail with strong quality &amp; accuracy focusAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesPreferred ExperienceBackground in skincare, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG or pharmaExperience with US / EU / India compliance standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
