Position SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role will partner with senior leadership to design and execute people strategies that support organizational goals, while also ensuring day-to-day HR excellence. The Senior HR Manager will oversee employee relations, talent management, performance, and compliance, while driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.<ul><li>Lead employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, compliance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Oversee the performance management process, providing tools and guidance to ensure continuous development and accountability.</li><li>Manage recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and programs that align with company values and goals.</li><li>Mentor and develop HR team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
