Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role will partner with senior leadership to design and execute people strategies that support organizational goals, while also ensuring day-to-day HR excellence. The Senior HR Manager will oversee employee relations, talent management, performance, and compliance, while driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.

  • Lead employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, compliance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing tools and guidance to ensure continuous development and accountability.
  • Manage recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and programs that align with company values and goals.
  • Mentor and develop HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification preferred
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build trust across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven success in driving HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in food production and logistics sector, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
