Title: Material Handler / Shipping and Receiving Specialist Location: New Port Richey, FL 34654 Duration: 0-6+ Months Shift: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and overtime is routine. Pay Rate: $18.00/HourJob Description (Summary): Responsible for shipping and receiving operations including labeling, packing, loading/unloading shipments, and processing inbound/outbound orders as per SOP. Prepare shipping documentation, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.Handle inventory movement including pickups/drop-offs using a company vehicle and perform electronic location transfers. Utilize office equipment and systems, respond to calls, and communicate customer feedback to management.Requires strong hands-on ability, standing for extended periods (no sitting), and experience in shipping, stockroom, and packing functions. Must be detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess basic to intermediate math skills. Cross-training within shipping/receiving functions is expected.Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum 1 year of shipping experience in a warehouse environment</li><li>Computer literate with intermediate math skills</li><li>Willingness to cross-train and work overtime</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Lift up to 35 lbs regularly</li><li>Prolonged standing, bending, twisting (majority of the day)</li><li>Ability to climb stairs (up to 2 stories)</li><li>Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $18.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Pay is $18.00/Hour.
