Location: New Port Richey, FL 34654
Duration: 0-6+ Months
Shift: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and overtime is routine.
Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour

Job Description (Summary):
Responsible for shipping and receiving operations including labeling, packing, loading/unloading shipments, and processing inbound/outbound orders as per SOP. Prepare shipping documentation, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.

Handle inventory movement including pickups/drop-offs using a company vehicle and perform electronic location transfers. Utilize office equipment and systems, respond to calls, and communicate customer feedback to management.

Requires strong hands-on ability, standing for extended periods (no sitting), and experience in shipping, stockroom, and packing functions. Must be detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess basic to intermediate math skills. Cross-training within shipping/receiving functions is expected.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of shipping experience in a warehouse environment
• Computer literate with intermediate math skills
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Prolonged standing, bending, twisting (majority of the day)
• Ability to climb stairs (up to 2 stories)
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
