Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution for high-rise residential/commercial buildings using MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork technology.</li><li>Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.</li></ul>2. MIVAN / Alu-Formwork Management<ul><li>Oversee complete shuttering cycle, including assembly, erection, de-shuttering, and maintenance of formwork.</li><li>Monitor cycle time, strike-off, and reuse of MIVAN panels to achieve targeted timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with formwork vendors for material availability and repairs.</li></ul>3. Quality Assurance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, especially for MIVAN structural works.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality.</li><li>Implement and enforce safety protocols for site workers.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, PMC, and site teams.</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly review meetings to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.</li><li>Ensure smooth documentation flow for drawings, RFIs, approvals, and material management.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor project budgets, resources, and material consumption.</li><li>Optimize shuttering cycles to reduce cost overruns.</li><li>Approve contractor bills and track project-wise costs.</li></ul>6. Team Management<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.</li><li>Provide technical guidance for concrete pouring, alignment, slab cycles, and QA/QC parameters.</li></ul>7. Role Overview: Apply only Pune CandidateThe Contracts Engineer is responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of construction projects. This role ensures proper drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts to safeguard the company&rsquo;s interests and ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities1. Contract Management<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize contracts, work orders, and agreements with contractors, vendors, and consultants.</li><li>Ensure contracts are aligned with project specifications, drawings, BOQ, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain contract documentation and update revisions as required.</li></ul>2. Tendering &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Prepare tender documents, scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms.</li><li>Analyze quotations, conduct rate comparison, and assist in vendor finalization.</li><li>Support the procurement team in evaluating contractor capabilities and compliance.</li></ul>3. Cost Control &amp; Billing Support<ul><li>Review contractor bills, variation statements, escalation claims, and extra item rates.</li><li>Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors / Billing Engineers for verification of BOQ and quantities.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and ensure cost compliance with contractual terms.</li></ul>4. Claims &amp; Dispute Management<ul><li>Analyze and respond to contractor claims, time extensions, and change orders.</li><li>Maintain contractual correspondence to safeguard company interests.</li><li>Coordinate with legal teams for dispute resolution, arbitration, or legal replies.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure contractual obligations (insurance, guarantees, safety compliance) are met by vendors.</li><li>Identify potential risks in contracts and suggest mitigation measures.</li><li>Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Act as the communication link between Project Managers, QS, Planning, and Procurement teams.</li><li>Attend project meetings to address contractual and commercial issues.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports on contract status, cost impacts, and variations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
