Jr. Engineer for Real Estate Group - Punawale Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan construction systems and finishing works for residential real estate projects. The candidate will support site execution, quality control, and coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in execution and supervision of civil works at project sites.
• Handle Mivan shuttering/formwork system activities including alignment, quality checks, and pour coordination.
• Supervise and monitor finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and façade works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in quantity surveying and billing verification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
