With strong in-house capabilities in Hot &amp; Cold Forging, CNC Machining, and Surface Coating, we serve clients across automotive, construction, oil &amp; gas, and infrastructure sectors worldwide.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the sales and marketing division to drive growth across domestic and international markets.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and importers.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, product segments, and market expansion areas.</li><li>Oversee pricing strategies, tender participation, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Lead a team of regional sales managers, ensuring performance and motivation.</li><li>Collaborate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Drive digital marketing and brand-building activities for global visibility.</li><li>Prepare periodic MIS, forecasts, and business development reports for management.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>6&ndash;8 years of sales experience in the fasteners or allied engineering industry.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of industrial fasteners and applications.</li><li>Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, business development, and customer retention.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple accounts across regions.</li><li>Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing export-oriented company.</li><li>Exposure to international markets and strategic decision-making.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
