Job Title: Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 6–8 Years (Fasteners Industry Preferred)
Qualification: BBA / B.Com (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)

About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality industrial fasteners including Hex Bolts, Nuts, Studs, Threaded Rods, and Washers. With strong in-house capabilities in Hot & Cold Forging, CNC Machining, and Surface Coating, we serve clients across automotive, construction, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and marketing division to drive growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and importers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, product segments, and market expansion areas.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, tender participation, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, ensuring performance and motivation.
  • Collaborate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive digital marketing and brand-building activities for global visibility.
  • Prepare periodic MIS, forecasts, and business development reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 6–8 years of sales experience in the fasteners or allied engineering industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial fasteners and applications.
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, business development, and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple accounts across regions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
