To work out a yearly Employee Engagement plan linked to Factory Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively.<br>

</b></div></div><div><p>Ensure periodic review and verification of records of Contractors for compliance. Ensure fulfillment of statutory obligations by contractors e.g. PF, Bonus, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Welfare facilities, timely return to Govt. authorities etc. Regular dialogue with Contractors for listening and sorting out their problems, if any, and streamlining the system. To review and monitor contract labour management system.<br>

</b></div></div><div><p>To continuously work on improving people productivity by promoting multi skill concept and through building skill level of the associates. Recruit, Induct and Build the Talent particularly at workmen &amp; Staff level in line with the requirements of Factory operations. Work on a Training calendar basis the Training needs of the Individuals and execute the same in a systematic way.<br>

Ensure to drive equality in applicability of these facilities among all categories of employees including Contract Labour. To support CSR related initiatives in and around the Factory location in coordination.<br>

</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
</li><li>Proficiency in SAP for payroll processing and HR MIS reporting.
