Role Overview: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth functioning of all electrical, plumbing, and basic facility systems. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical (preferred) and hands-on maintenance experience in resorts, hotels, or facility management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, wiring, and fixtures.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems as needed.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or management.</li><li>Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of tools/spares.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or ITI in Electrical/related trade.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance (hospitality/real estate preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs.</li><li>Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>&#8377;18,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 per month (depending on experience).</li><li>Food and accommodation can be provided for outstation candidates.</li></ul>Work Location:<ul><li>Varuna Inn Resorts / Facilities, Mahabalipuram / Neelankarai.</li></ul>How to Apply: Send your resume to info@varunainn.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
