Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong proposal writing abilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client-specific proposals, nurturing leads, and closing sales through persuasive and professional interaction.Key Responsibilities1. Proposal &amp; Quotation Management<ul><li>Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and pricing sheets based on client requirements.</li><li>Create detailed proposals, including service scope, features, pricing, and terms.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, and service descriptions for cyber security solutions.</li><li>Maintain and update quotation templates as per company standards.</li></ul>2. Invoice Preparation<ul><li>Generate customer invoices in coordination with the finance team.</li><li>Track invoice status, send reminders, and follow up on payments if required.</li></ul>3. Sales Coordination<ul><li>Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client communication.</li><li>Manage CRM entries, maintain client records, and update deal status.</li><li>Schedule meetings, demos, and technical discussions with clients.</li></ul>4. Client Communication<ul><li>Share proposals, quotations, and agreements with clients on time.</li><li>Respond to client queries related to pricing, services, and documents.</li><li>Act as a point of contact between clients and technical/security teams.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain records of proposals, invoices, and sales documents.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales and management teams.</li><li>Ensure all documents follow company branding and policy guidelines.</li></ul>Mandatory Skills<ul><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets &amp; MS Word</li><li>Strong communication and email drafting skills</li><li>Understanding of basic IT / Cyber Security services (VAPT, SOC, Compliance, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Basic understanding of pricing, tax, and commercial terms</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in quotation/invoice preparation</li><li>Experience in cyber security / IT sales / B2B environment</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)</li><li>Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT/services.</li><li>Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive business proposals.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates, please send your updated resume and portfolio of projects to hr@vatins.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
