We are looking for a strong, organized, and proactive team member who can help manage daily operations and keep our office running efficiently.Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-level CSR / Dispatcher who can take ownership of scheduling, communication, and daily workflow coordination.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, make decisions, and operate with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming calls and schedule service and install appointments</li><li>Plan and manage technician routes and daily schedules efficiently</li><li>Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day</li><li>Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure all jobs are properly followed up on and closed out</li><li>Confirm all estimates, invoices, and job notes are completed</li><li>Schedule follow-up appointments as needed</li><li>Review previous day jobs to ensure nothing was missed</li><li>Ensure job photos and documentation are accurate in the system</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate records</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to work independently without constant direction</li><li>Excellent organization and time management</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone, email, and internal team)</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Pay: $44,773.58 - $53,920.88 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fayetteville, GA 30214
