 The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 GTM Operations Specialist (Territory Scans + Outbound)
 
 to join our team at
 
 Vebtual
 
 and work closely with one of our clients.
 
 
 This is a hands-on operations role focused on running day-to-day go-to-market execution &mdash; producing territory scan snapshots, preparing outbound-ready assets, managing follow-ups, and supporting call bookings. Attention to detail and consistency are critical for success in this role.

 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 GTM Execution &amp; Snapshot Production
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and validate target account lists for outbound campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Run territory scans using the client&rsquo;s platform and defined parameters
 </li>
 <li>
 QA every snapshot before sending to ensure:
 </li>
 <li>
 Numbers and outputs are consistent
 </li>
 <li>
 Visuals and reports are complete and accurate
 </li>
 <li>
 Links load correctly and are outbound-ready
 </li>
 <li>
 Package each scan into a clean outbound asset:
 </li>
 <li>
 Report link
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting visuals (static image or GIF when required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ranked list of top accounts
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Outbound &amp; Follow-ups
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute daily outbound using approved email and LinkedIn templates
 </li>
 <li>
 Personalize outreach using territory and account-level data
 </li>
 <li>
 Run follow-ups on a fixed schedule
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate engaged leads for territory review or intro calls
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Light Call Support
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support basic follow-up calls when required:
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirm territory parameters
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify correct ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Book short review sessions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 CRM, Reporting &amp; Ops
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain clean CRM records (contacts, companies, activities, outcomes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support list enrichment and validation using spreadsheets and research tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce weekly performance summaries:
 </li>
 <li>
 Outreach volume and engagement metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 One clear execution bottleneck with a recommendation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Feedback &amp; Process Improvement
 
 <ul>

 Share structured feedback with the internal team:

 <li>
 Execution issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Workflow gaps
 </li>
 <li>
 Repetitive manual steps worth automating
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong written and spoken English for professional B2B outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear spoken English for basic calls with international prospects
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with daily execution, repetition, and SOP-driven work
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail &mdash; accuracy is non-negotiable
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence using spreadsheets, web research, and list-building tools
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have

 Prior experience in outbound, sales ops, or GTM execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to B2B SaaS or overseas clients
 </li>

 Familiarity with deliverability basics
