The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Operations Specialist (Territory Scans + Outbound) to join our team at Vebtual and work closely with one of our clients.

This is a hands-on operations role focused on running day-to-day go-to-market execution — producing territory scan snapshots, preparing outbound-ready assets, managing follow-ups, and supporting call bookings. Attention to detail and consistency are critical for success in this role.

This is a full-time role based in Lahore (on-site) .


What You’ll Do

GTM Execution & Snapshot Production

  • Build and validate target account lists for outbound campaigns
  • Run territory scans using the client’s platform and defined parameters
  • QA every snapshot before sending to ensure:
  • Numbers and outputs are consistent
  • Visuals and reports are complete and accurate
  • Links load correctly and are outbound-ready
  • Package each scan into a clean outbound asset:
  • Report link
  • Supporting visuals (static image or GIF when required)
  • Ranked list of top accounts

Outbound & Follow-ups

  • Execute daily outbound using approved email and LinkedIn templates
  • Personalize outreach using territory and account-level data
  • Run follow-ups on a fixed schedule
  • Escalate engaged leads for territory review or intro calls

Light Call Support

  • Support basic follow-up calls when required:
  • Confirm territory parameters
  • Identify correct ownership
  • Book short review sessions

CRM, Reporting & Ops

  • Maintain clean CRM records (contacts, companies, activities, outcomes)
  • Support list enrichment and validation using spreadsheets and research tools
  • Produce weekly performance summaries:
  • Outreach volume and engagement metrics
  • One clear execution bottleneck with a recommendation

Feedback & Process Improvement

  • Share structured feedback with the internal team:
  • Execution issues
  • Workflow gaps
  • Repetitive manual steps worth automating


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken English for professional B2B outreach
  • Clear spoken English for basic calls with international prospects
  • Comfort with daily execution, repetition, and SOP-driven work
  • High attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Basic CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, web research, and list-building tools


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in outbound, sales ops, or GTM execution
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or overseas clients
  • Familiarity with deliverability basics
  • Interest in process improvement or automation tools
