Position Summary

Blue Star Manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations

Executive with strong experience in technical recruitment, particularly within digital media

and e-commerce environments, along with hands-on expertise in day-to-day HR operations.

The role requires effective time management, employee issue handling, and operational HR

support to ensure smooth workforce management and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operational activities in compliance with company policies and

labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Handle technical recruitment for digital media and e-commerce roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR matters.
  • Support engagement initiatives and performance cycles.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.

Time Management & Coordination

  • Manage multiple HR priorities effectively.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR audits and reporting.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Master’s degree / MBA-HR preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of HR operations and technical recruitment experience.

  • Strong HR operations and recruitment knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
