Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The role also includes basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support</li><li>Handle emails, calls, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)</li><li>Assist with document preparation, scanning, and photocopying</li><li>Perform basic data entry and update records as needed</li><li>Support staff with day-to-day office operations</li><li>Manage office supplies and track inventory</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)</li><li>Office-based environment</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with a brief cover letter.Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
