Administrative assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The role also includes basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and photocopying
  • Perform basic data entry and update records as needed
  • Support staff with day-to-day office operations
  • Manage office supplies and track inventory

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
  • Office-based environment
