Job Title: Functional Business AnalystExperience: Minimum 2+ Years Domain: Healthcare (Preferred / Added Advantage)Job Description:We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders</li><li>Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, use cases, user stories, and process flows</li><li>Work closely with product owners, product managers, UX designers, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements</li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical discussions</li><li>Validate solutions through functional testing, UAT support, and requirement traceability</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, changes, and impact analysis</li><li>Ensure requirements align with business goals, regulatory needs, and system capabilities</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst</li><li>Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis</li><li>Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies</li><li>Ability to create clear functional documents (FSD/BRD), workflows, and wireframe inputs</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare terminologies</li></ul>Preferred Traits:<ul><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Attention to detail and documentation quality</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
