Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, use cases, user stories, and process flows
• Work closely with product owners, product managers, UX designers, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical discussions
• Validate solutions through functional testing, UAT support, and requirement traceability
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, changes, and impact analysis
• Ensure requirements align with business goals, regulatory needs, and system capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to create clear functional documents (FSD/BRD), workflows, and wireframe inputs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare terminologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
