This is an on-site, 5-days-a-week role because our best content happens right here in the office, surrounded by our products and our team. You won't just be scheduling posts; you will be the on-the-ground creator, influencer liaison, and digital voice of Blush.What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities):Agile Content Creation:<ul><li>Spot daily trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts, and execute high-quality, engaging video content on the fly right here in the office.</li><li>Serve as the face and voice of our 'trend-tastic' video production, you should be comfortable on camera and confident in directing others.</li><li>Maintain a polished, highly engaging brand voice across all visual and written content.</li></ul>Global Calendar Management:<ul><li>Collaborate daily with our in-house marketing team and our offshore partners in India to build, manage, and execute a flawless global social calendar across our social channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, Substack, etc.)</li><li>Ensure a seamless workflow from content ideation to approval and publication.</li></ul>Community &amp; Influencer Management:<ul><li>Cultivate a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, answering questions, and building lasting relationships.</li><li>Manage our influencer and brand ambassador programs, identifying the right voices to champion our wellness mission and tracking their ROI.</li></ul>Cross-Channel Collaboration &amp; AI:<ul><li>Partner with the E-commerce team to adapt top-performing social campaigns into high-converting CRM email blasts.</li><li>Proactively utilize AI tools to brainstorm concepts, draft captions, and streamline your daily workflow.</li><li>Monitor basic analytics natively within social platforms to see what&rsquo;s hitting and what needs to pivot.</li></ul>What You Bring (Qualifications):<ul><li>Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience running social media accounts, creating short-form video content, or managing social communities for a brand (wellness, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).</li><li>The &quot;Hustle&quot; Gene: You are scrappy, inventive, and can make great content with an iPhone, good lighting, and a clever hook. No massive production budgets required.</li><li>Tech &amp; AI Savvy: Proficiency in social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X), basic video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush), and a strong desire to use AI to work smarter.</li><li>Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate across time zones and cultures, specifically with our global support teams.</li><li>Comfort with the Category: A genuine interest in the sexual wellness and intimacy space, approaching the topic with education, humor, inclusivity, and professionalism.</li></ul>Vee International, Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
