The Role

We are looking for an inventive, scrappy, and culturally plugged-in Social Media & Content Specialist. This is an on-site, 5-days-a-week role because our best content happens right here in the office, surrounded by our products and our team. You won't just be scheduling posts; you will be the on-the-ground creator, influencer liaison, and digital voice of Blush.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Agile Content Creation:

• Spot daily trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts, and execute high-quality, engaging video content on the fly right here in the office.
• Serve as the face and voice of our 'trend-tastic' video production, you should be comfortable on camera and confident in directing others.
• Maintain a polished, highly engaging brand voice across all visual and written content.

Global Calendar Management:

• Collaborate daily with our in-house marketing team and our offshore partners in India to build, manage, and execute a flawless global social calendar across our social channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, Substack, etc.)
• Ensure a seamless workflow from content ideation to approval and publication.

Community & Influencer Management:

• Cultivate a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, answering questions, and building lasting relationships.
• Manage our influencer and brand ambassador programs, identifying the right voices to champion our wellness mission and tracking their ROI.

Cross-Channel Collaboration & AI:

• Partner with the E-commerce team to adapt top-performing social campaigns into high-converting CRM email blasts.
• Proactively utilize AI tools to brainstorm concepts, draft captions, and streamline your daily workflow.
• Monitor basic analytics natively within social platforms to see what’s hitting and what needs to pivot.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience running social media accounts, creating short-form video content, or managing social communities for a brand (wellness, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
• The "Hustle" Gene: You are scrappy, inventive, and can make great content with an iPhone, good lighting, and a clever hook. No massive production budgets required.
• Tech & AI Savvy: Proficiency in social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X), basic video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush), and a strong desire to use AI to work smarter.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate across time zones and cultures, specifically with our global support teams.
• Comfort with the Category: A genuine interest in the sexual wellness and intimacy space, approaching the topic with education, humor, inclusivity, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
