 Role Overview
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a collaborative and highly organized
 
 Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator
 
 to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting interview scheduling, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. This full-time role offers the chance to grow your career while contributing to a collaborative and supportive global team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks across time zones and regions.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics are accurate and clearly communicated
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to support a timely and positive interview process
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts or process-related questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with recruiting tasks such as background check tracking, offer letter generation, and other coordination activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to recruiting tickets and help troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide cross-regional support based on team priorities and business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and recommend improvements to coordination processes and tools
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with teams across time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to follow structured processes and work independently with guidance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in talent acquisition, coordination, or operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with global or distributed teams

 Manage complex calendars and schedules with senior leadership while maintaining diplomacy and discretion

 Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information

 Organize, execute, and assist with team activities and meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep travel logistics, expense reports, and administrative needs well organized and up to date
 </li>

 Partner with the EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives for executives
 </li>
