About the Role</b></h4>
<p>
This APJ based role is focused on supporting the multitude of existing enablement programs for our internal and channel selling programs. With a drive for creating, delivering and analyzing content the successful candidate will be involved in identifying, planning and delivering end user enablement activities. Working closely with the cross functional APJ teams in the sales, technical and marketing and teams it requires a candidate who is curious about data, ROI and measurement of programs success. As part of the APJ sales acceleration team this role reports to the APJ Sales Acceleration Senior Director and is based in India well as including international travel to regions including Australia and Southeast Asia as needed.
</p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Be involved in the creation/delivery/ execution and reporting of sales-based programs such as (but not limited to) webinars, partner competency programs, sales training microlearning.</li>
<li>Have strong salesforce reporting / analytical skills</li>
<li>Measure the efficacy / ROI of enablement programs. Provide detailed analysis of what works and why and use these findings to guide further programs</li>
<li>Create and maintain accurate data required for event attendance such as launchpad and sales training</li>
<li>Demonstrate a strong understanding and usage of AI tools such as CoPilot agents</li>
<li>Posses demonstrated experience in providing detailed reporting on progress with tools such a Tableau, Excel, Monday.com and others</li>
<li>Experience in working with procurement departments for logistics on hotel based events.</li>
<li>Evaluate existing programs to ensure their quality and effectiveness</li>
<li>Communicate weekly with stakeholders from enablement team and marketing &amp; sales stakeholders.</li>
<li>Be the APJ leader in maintaining content repositories on platforms such as Cornerstone.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Bring</b></h4>
<ul><li>Familiarity with sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment.</li>
<li>Awareness of or experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
</li><li>Awareness of or experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams, WebEx, etc.
</li><li>Facilitation &amp; coaching experience.
</li><li>Creation/maintenance of Monday.com boards
</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Advanced Tableau / DataBricks skills
</li><li>Familiarity withbasic AI concepts such as LLM, token weighting etc.</li>
<li>Experience in DISC

<li>Proven Veeam portfolio knowledge.

 The Service Desk Analyst II will supervise (investigate, prioritize, escalate) incoming Service Desk tickets, provide technical support, and resolve issues as they arise. This is an on-site role; the primary workload is handling incoming tickets from remote employees. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to analyze and address non-standard situations, and able to take ownership of the technical problems they encounter.
