The Inside Sales Representative works with a list of managed accounts, collaborates with the channel sales team and partners, selling the company's products and services within an assigned territory via telephone. We are looking for an experienced<b> Staff Backend Engineers</b> to join the Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) engineering team. You will be working with a global team to build next-generation data protection services focused on ensuring data resilience for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to work on greenfield projects, building features from the ground up that will be deployed and utilized worldwide</p>

<ul><li>Defines and drives technical vision for multiple areas within their team. Leads cross-team deliverables.</li>
<li>Design and develop highly reliable and scalable SaaS microservices, integrated with a variety of cloud-based managed services utilizing Golang</li>
<li>Participate in technical design discussions, reviewing code, and providing feedback to other engineers. Solves hardest, most ambiguous team wide challenges. Develops frameworks for others to follow.</li>
<li>Drives team deliverables in a timely and predictable fashion. Sets execution standards across the team. Ensure your code is high-quality, thoroughly tested, and secure</li>

<ul><li>10+ years of experience in the software development industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise designing, building, and implementing SaaS or large-scale cloud services on Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</li>
<li>Expertise with a modern programming language like Java, C#, Go, or Rust</li>
<li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container and orchestration tools</li>
<li>Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures</li>
<li>Expertise in developing, testing, and debugging production-quality, scalable, concurrent systems</li>
<li>A strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)</li>
<li>Passion for code quality, extensibility, coding standards, testing, and automation</li>

 The Service Desk Analyst II will supervise (investigate, prioritize, escalate) incoming Service Desk tickets, provide technical support, and resolve issues as they arise. This is an on-site role; the primary workload is handling incoming tickets from remote employees. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to analyze and address non-standard situations, and able to take ownership of the technical problems they encounter.
