This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors professionally at the front desk, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, including handling incoming correspondence, mail distribution, and visitor sign-in procedures</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office</li><li>Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including basic invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus; experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous</li><li>Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for understanding complex scheduling and customer support needs</li><li>Ability to perform data entry accurately with a high typing speed; proofreading skills are important for document quality assurance</li><li>Fluent in both Chinese and English</li></ul>Join us as an Office Clerk to be a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
