We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support various personal and professional tasks. This role requires someone who is proficient in all facets of computer use, including both Mac and Windows platforms, with a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Scheduling &amp; Calendar Management: Organize and maintain an up-to-date calendar for meetings, appointments, and events.</li><li>Errands: Perform various errands, including but not limited to grocery shopping and personal tasks as needed.</li><li>Travel Support: Potential travel required for various personal or business-related needs. Must be flexible and able to accompany if necessary.</li><li>Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors as required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Computer Proficiency: Handle various administrative tasks such as document management, research, and email coordination across both Mac and Windows platforms.</li><li>Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining high attention to detail.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems, including applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li><li>Must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing needs and priorities.</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to come into the office as needed.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>If you're a proactive, reliable, and tech-savvy individual who enjoys a dynamic work environment, we'd love to hear from you!Please submit your resume and any relevant information for consideration.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
