Located in the heart of DIFC, Dubai, our boutique serves an elite clientele who value exceptional quality, exclusivity, and personalized service.Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our boutique team in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background evening wear, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for women&rsquo;s couture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide one-on-one styling and personal shopping service to clients</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat visits</li><li>Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boutique and garments</li><li>Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and well organized</li><li>Handle high-value transactions with discretion and accuracy</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is up to date</li><li>Coordinate with the in-house workshop to ensure timely order fulfilment and custom pieces</li><li>Train and mentor junior sales staff when required</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to the boutique&rsquo;s performance</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in evening wear fashion retail</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is highly preferred</li><li>Excellent grooming and professional appearance</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays</li><li>A passion for high fashion and attention to detail</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and attractive commission structure</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a luxury fashion brand</li><li>A stylish and professional work environment in a prime Dubai location</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai International Financial Center: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales : 2 years (Required)</li><li>Fashion Industry: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
