The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating all logistics activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods between production, warehouses, and retail outlets. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials between suppliers, production, and retail locations.</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.</li><li>Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.</li><li>Work closely with the production and sales teams to align delivery schedules with business requirements.</li><li>Ensure all logistics activities comply with company standards and procedures.</li><li>Oversee quality checks before dispatch and ensure packaging meets brand standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Arabic speaker preferred</li><li>Immediate joiner</li><li>Preferably based in Ajman</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator (fashion industry experience is an advantage)</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)</li><li>Well-groomed and professional appearance, with an eye for style</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and creative work environment within a luxury fashion brand</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development</li><li>Competitive salary package based on experience</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li></ul>Application Process:Interested candidates are requested to fill out the Google Form linked below:https://forms.gle/3qt8zgQ7mWeEriJD6Please note: Filling out the Google Form is mandatory.
