Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)</li></ul>*<ul><li>Job Summary:</li></ul>The Factory Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of all employees in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This includes administering first aid, responding to workplace injuries and illnesses, coordinating health and wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of accidents or illness.</li><li>Assess and record the health conditions of employees through regular check-ups.</li><li>Maintain and update employee medical records and reports.</li><li>Monitor and manage workplace health and safety hazards.</li><li>Coordinate with management and external healthcare providers regarding employee medical issues.</li><li>Implement and promote health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccination drives, health education).</li><li>Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and company policies.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies and replenish as needed.</li><li>Conduct health orientations for new hires and periodic health seminars for employees.</li><li>Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
