• Job Summary:

The Factory Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of all employees in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This includes administering first aid, responding to workplace injuries and illnesses, coordinating health and wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of accidents or illness.
• Assess and record the health conditions of employees through regular check-ups.
• Maintain and update employee medical records and reports.
• Monitor and manage workplace health and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with management and external healthcare providers regarding employee medical issues.
• Implement and promote health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccination drives, health education).
• Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies and replenish as needed.
• Conduct health orientations for new hires and periodic health seminars for employees.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
