Job Summary:The Bilingual Document Controller manages the lifecycle of legal documents, who is fluent in Arabic and English to manage, organize, and maintain company legal documentation, including contracts, litigation case files, correspondence, and regulatory filings. The key goal is to ensure all documentation is accurate, securely stored, and easily accessible while maintaining high confidentiality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Bilingual Document Management: Receive, review, and file legal documents (contracts, briefs, notices) in both languages, ensuring accuracy of translation and terminology.</li><li>Case File Organization: Maintain, index, and organize physical and digital case files, ensuring logical structure and easy retrieval.</li><li>Confidentiality &amp; Compliance: Handle highly sensitive legal documents with discretion, complying with data security protocols and legal retention policies.</li><li>Version Control: Ensure that the most recent versions of contracts and documents are in use and that superseded versions are archived.</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Reporting: Register new documents, input data into the Document Management System (DMS), and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.</li><li>Liaison &amp; Support: Act as the central point of contact for document-related queries between the legal team, external counsel, and clients.</li><li>Audit Preparation: Provide documentation support during external audits, ensuring all logs are updated and traceable. Responsibilities:Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.Technical responsibilities<ul><li>Obtains required authorizations, signatures, confirmation numbers, and perform preferred, VIP, or other special services as assigned.</li><li>Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explain rates and charges.</li><li>Adhere to Company Quality assurance and uniform guidelines.</li><li>Retrieve money collected in shifts and complete deposit slip and keep money in safe.</li><li>Diploma in Associate Degree 02 Years</li><li>To review all enquiries for its feasibility considering our resources and technical capability</li><li>To prepare quotation</li><li>To received PO and acknowledgement of the same with customer after consultation with CM/ACM</li></ul>General responsibilities<ul><li>Sells programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management.</li><li>Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on vehicle availability, utilizing established sales techniques and dialogues. Programs and services include protection option, refueling program, special promotions, future reservations, upgrades, etc.</li><li>Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations.</li><li>Solves problems raised by customers using sound judgement within applied empowerment guidelines and company policy.</li><li>Coordinate with queued customer to reduce wait time and encourage efficient service. Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement.</li><li>Prepare rental agreement folder with necessary details.
