<p>Investor Relations Manager (Investment Holding Group) We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE, who are recruiting for an Investor Relations manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed, diversified holding group, and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Involved in building a IR strategy for the group Engaging with analysts and other external stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Engaging with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions Involvement in communication of earnings reports and annual releases</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Regular engagement with strategy and communication peers, arranging investor days and events</li>
</ul>
<p><br/></p>
<p><b>Requirements: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of total experience Must come from an IR role currently, with a publicly listed entity</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>An understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have an understanding of DCM (and ECM) Please apply with an updated CV</li>
