The Public Transit Coordinator (PT Coordinator) is responsible for managing the functions of Public Transit transportation for members. This position will oversee the systems in place to maximize PT for the operation, including setting up of transportation, resolving issues related to PT, marketing the programs and training of dispatch and routers on the programs.</p><p>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p><ul><li>Responsible for setting up transportation for members utilizing Public Transit (PT) for the operation.</li><li>Promoting PT Dispatch and Call Center Staff to maximize the programs.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and report on the usage of PT and provide to management.</li><li>Answer phones and respond to customer requests.</li><li>Provide information regarding PT routes when requested by members.</li><li>Provide members with product and service information.</li><li>Generate forms for tracking PT distribution to facilities and renewal of PT media fare inventory.</li><li>Recommend process improvements.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.</li></ul><p>

Transportation Team Lead - DC

SUMMARY: </b>Responsible for the coordination and processing of gas reimbursement documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.</p><p><b>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Acts as the primary point of contact for Gas Reimbursement &amp; Public Transportation related issues; ensure issues are resolved to member and/or Client satisfaction.</li><li>
Reviews and notifies Call Center regarding scheduling errors as they are related to GR &amp; PT assigned trips for immediate correction and modification (i.e. GR Payee information, duplicate trips, date of service, mobility, multiple member trips, booking window, etc.)</li><li>
Provides feedback to Call Center leadership regarding the CSR staff concerning Gas Reimbursement &amp; PT trip scheduling</li><li>
Manage same-day/next-day GR trips timely and appropriately</li><li>
Manages and reviews Public Transportation assigned trips</li><li>
Ensures Gas Reimbursement documentation &amp; Public Transit passes are accurate and distributed in a timely manner</li><li>
Coordinate w/ POC for PT pass inventory to pull and receive PT passes as needed to distribute timely</li><li>
Manages daily reporting and processing of Gas Reimbursement documents</li><li>
Manage daily PT pass distribution for all active vendors</li><li>
Ensures PT passes are pulled and distributed accurately and timely for demand and standing order assigned members</li><li>
Act as liaison for escalated issues between members and the Claims and Finance dept.</li><li>
Provides feedback to Call Center leadership regarding the CSR staff concerning Gas Reimbursement trip processing.</li><li>
Maintains accurate, complete, and clean GR Payee database; updates member files w/ preferred GR Payee</li><li>

Gas Reimbursement Coordinator - DC

<div><p><b>SUMMARY:</b> Provides Quality call monitoring for agents and completes observation quotas, verifies accuracy of call center script usage, process and procedures, figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers by performing the following duties.</p><p>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p><ul><li>
Responsible for listening, evaluating, accurately scoring, and reporting of call center agent script use, policy and procedure and business standard requirements to ensure customer and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Complete daily/weekly/monthly scoring quota requirements supporting contractual obligations including calls of varying lengths to determine opportunities with both long, medium, and short call durations.</li><li>
Develop and implement effective quality monitoring processes, which are linked to continuous improvements and training.</li><li>
Evaluate communication methods between the Agents and customers utilizing call monitoring tools and scorecards.</li><li>
Monitor calls, evaluating the quality of the service being provided to customers and clients.</li><li>
Utilize the quality monitoring software; record Agents&rsquo; calls and screen capture their desktop for review.</li><li>
Take a proactive lead in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Make recommendations for training, process development, and service improvement.</li><li>
Review Agent performance with the Agent and/or Team Lead.</li><li>
Identify, save, and report exceptional calls for use in coaching and development. Seek calls or portions of calls which perfectly demonstrate desired call handling behaviors for varying and requested/assigned situations to support business needs, and save and share with training and leadership.</li><li>
Work with Training Coordinator, Supervisors and Manager to determine training needs for agents.</li><li>
Perform regular and recurring assignments in accordance with established procedures and with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Attend periodic quality calibrations to ensure consistency in evaluations for consistent scoring.</li><li>
Must have flexibility for backfilling for peers or assisting with call volume peaks when coverage is needed. This includes holidays, weekends, and night shifts if required. Management approval and coordination is required.</li><li>
Assist with Agent Training and Development in areas other than customer service.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</p><ul><li>
Proven ability to acquire call center standards by achieving 95% or above average Quality score consistently: recent 3-6 months minimum.</li><li>
