 Our client, a publicly traded company in Baltimore County, is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their established in-house legal team. The incumbent will focus on commercial agreements and contracts including real estate, technology, media and vendor agreements.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting a variety of complex commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting real estate revenue and expense leases and purchase and sale agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with transactions, corporate governance, regulatory and other matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with executives and outside counsel
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
 </li>
 <li>
 Admission to one State Bar
 </li>
 <li>
 Five years of experience with real estate and/or commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience at a reputable law firm
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong contract law knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>
