As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by:

Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets

Researching and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data

Leading conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partners
-
Conducting property site inspections and market tours (travel may be required)

Creating financial analyses, including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculations

Creating memos for presentation to senior personnel
-
Coordinating/managing due diligence review and closing process for various transactions

Assisting with arranging and closing debt financing
-
Presenting property performance to the entire firm quarterly

Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage business plans
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for majors in Business, Finance, Economics, or Real Estate

1 to 3 years relevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset management

Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong proficiency with Excel
