Job Summary:QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all engineering deliverables, designs, and project documentation comply with company/client/project quality standards, client/company specifications, and industry codes. The role focuses on quality control during the Concept, FEED and Detail engineering phase of oil &amp; gas projects, working closely with engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation etc).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans for detail engineering activities.</li><li>Review engineering deliverables (P&amp;IDs, datasheets, layouts, specifications, calculations, and drawings) for compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.</li><li>Ensure engineering documentation is correctly prepared, approved, and controlled through document control systems.</li><li>Perform vendor document review and verification as per project quality plan.</li><li>Conduct discipline-specific design reviews and audits in collaboration with engineering leads.</li><li>Identify non-conformances, discrepancies, and deviations in engineering work and coordinate with discipline engineers for corrective action.</li><li>Support internal and client QA audits, inspections, and technical queries.</li><li>Assist in preparation of quality reports, progress reports, and dashboards for project management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, etc.) in all engineering work.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to junior engineers on QA/QC procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.</li><li>8+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil &amp; Gas engineering projects (detail engineering phase preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, IEC, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, SmartPlant, PDMS, PV Elite, CAESAR II, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in engineering audits, vendor document review, and QA processes.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.</li><li>Client-focused with good interpersonal and coordination skills.</li><li>Proactive approach to quality improvement and compliance.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)</li><li>Prior experience in EPC projects in oil &amp; gas upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 monthsApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately?
