Following in-office training, this position does offer work-from-home opportunities.Please Note: The hours for this position are 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST with Monday's and Tuesday's off.Bi-lingual Customer Support SpecialistA support specialist is our voice to the customer. They manage the inbound customer inquiries (call, e-mail, text, chat, fax, mail) along with follow-up outbound communications.
